I am very active in civic organizations.  Including the Platte City Chamber of Commerce and Kansas City Women's Council of Realtors.  I have served on several committees and or boards for United Way, Platte County R-III school booster club, PTA, Quarterback club, 12 Apostles Catholic Church, Optimist club and economic development committees.

I have been married to Jim for 27 years.  He is self-employed and primarily is a project manager for commercial construction projects. Our children graduated from the Platte County R-III school district. My oldest son, Jeremy is joining me in the business and we are looking forward to a strong and healthy 2010 in the real estate market.  Jeremy is a 2005 graduate of the Missouri-Kansas City University (UMKC) of Block school of Business.  Jeremy played golf for UMKC all 4 years.  He married Brianne, November 7, 2009. My youngest son is a junior at the University of Missouri.

We enjoy living in Platte County and have been in the area since 1992.  I began my real estate business in 1999 and have been in the market since that time as a RE/MAX agent.  I graduated from Missouri Western State University with a degree in Legal Studies and Management.

My real estate experience is primarily residential sales.  Prior to 2006' most of my experience was in new home sales.  Since 2006' the market has changed and my business has shifted to a re-sale market in and around the Platte and Clay counties located north of the river in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

I am a licensed broker in Missouri and Kansas.  I have completed the GRI certification and hold several other designations.  Currently, I am the VP of the Kansas City Northland Women's Council of Realtors.

I connect people to communties. My expertise is in residential sales, new and resale properties in rural and suburban communites within the Kansas City metropolitan area.
