As a single mom I studied at night and got my license 22 years ago when my 3 children were little, my last one in diapers. I worked as a Realtor's Assistant so I could be home with my children on the weekends. I got my license again 8 years ago when my last son was 16 and I could work evenings and weekends if needed.
We had fun raising 3-4 pet chickens for 20 yrs along with our tabby cat named Rainbow who got along with them. Later our tabby cat Paris loved them also and I have captured many cute moments with my camera and recently had my book published.
I love to research to help my clients find the right home or to sell their home. I am a person of my word. I am honest, friendly, patient and easy to talk with. I work hard. Feeling blessed to have lived on the Central Coast in San Luis Obispo County for over 33 yrs, I know the area relatively well along Hwy 101 and out Hwy 46. This includes knowledge of North County area with showings and transactions in Shandon, Paso Robles, Templeton and Atascadero. Most familiar with South County near the coast which includes Grover Beach, Oceano, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach and Shell Beach which is known as Five Cities. Also Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, Nipomo, and Santa Maria which is Santa Barbara County, very familiar to me with many showings and transactions in those nearby areas.
