I have been in construction for 35 years. I have been a home inspector for 3 years. I am a member of NACHI. I received my training through American Home Training Institute. I have certificates of completion for manufactured homes and pool and spa inspections through ITA institute. My reports are e-mailed usually the same day of inspection and a hard copy is provided upon request. The reports are narrative and computer generated with a summary section. I also offer, at no charge with my inspections, a limited home warranty through American Home Warranty Company. I carry E+O insurance thru FREA and maintian 30 hrs of continuing education a year.
