I have been holding Home Buyer Seminars for over a year in the Raleigh NC area. I along with my lender and a financial planner now offer our Seminars to companies in the area to educate buyers on the process. I take the time to really know my buyers and personalize my presentation to assure the best service for them. Prior to entering into Real Estate, I worked at a local credit union for 2 years and as an administrative office manager for a security firm out of Raleigh for a year. During that time I also owned my own wedding planning business. I have two customer service certifications that I have held since 2003. I have lived in the Triangle for 20 years, I know the entire triangle very well. I have my "team" formed that involves a lender that I have been working with for quite some time and is very knowledgable of the business, a great home inspector who is also a licensed contractor, a financial planner and a closing assistant who handles all of my closings. Obviously from above I specialize in First Home Buyers however I also specialize in Investing. I have worked with several investors to find great deals for flips and rentals. I assure that I never put one investor before another, I only work with them at different times or in different areas. Also, I stay on top of the new foreclosures and listings daily to ensure an Investor does not miss a deal! I run a number of CMA's and estimates to assure it is a deal, not just a break even scheme. My company offers a full training program on investing and revolving around the book, FLIP. I have learned a great deal from that as well. With my home buyers I ensure personal and customized service for each and every home buyer or investor.
I cover the entire Triangle, as I know the area very well. I have been to towns most people haven't heard of so this opens the doors for more buyer opportunities. As well as I know the areas so I am able to assist with local information. For each buyer that moves to an area that is new for them or they may be a little unfamiliar with I customize a book just for them listing shopping, dining, doctors and other important things close by as well as a map of the immediate area. This is to assure they feel right at home in their new home. I never want anyone to have to "up and move" to a new area without being guided and having the proper knowledge. I make sure each client feels they are the only one that matters at that time and there after.
