D.R. Horton offers 3 locations in the Middle GA area. All which are located within a few minutes from I-75 and less than 2 hours from Macon, ATLANTA Hartsfield International Airport and North Atlanta.

I am the onsite New Homes Sales Consulant for Meadows Walk, located on Hwy 49 in Byron, Ga. Meadows Walk eventhough located on a main throughfare to Fort Valley, Ga., we are nestled in pecan grove. This community offers trees, sidewalks, street lamps and the comforts of neighborhood living. Located within 5-15 minutes to local buisness, resturants and hotels. You can forget about the mad traffic rush to work! Located in the center of the state, which allows for a 1-5 drive hours to the neighboring city of Savannah,Hilton Head, St. Simon, Amelia Island, or Flordia vacation destinations. This area of the state offers serenity with the opportunity to dash away to Metro Atlanta..within 1 hour or more. Whenever there is a crave for a local event, Macon, a neighboring city, offers many cultured events, plays, museums and festivals. "Middle Ga., also referred to as Central Ga. ("The Heart of it all!")

And then there's financing! As a National Builder we recognize that buying a home is huge commitment and often times scary. So we hope to make this process flow easier. To make this process less hectic, we have put together a team of lending experts. Our preffered lenders work diligently with our sales team to qualify buyers for loan approval. Our lenders are approachable; whom you should expect to meet face to face and/or speak to over the phone, quite often during the loan process. You will be provided step by step instructions and updates weekly, by both the salesperson and lender. The caveat for buyers is, as the seller we often will contribute closing cost and always provide an onsite closing attorney! THE EMBRACE!!
