Specializing in target areas allows me to be able to better inform my clients about the community, the schools and the real estate market. The Brickell area is known for its high rise condominiums and business district, people that are looking to be in the middle of it all find living in Brickell is the best of both worlds. On the other hand Coconut Grove and Coral Gables are better known for its residential communities and distinctive homes which attract families and people seeking the single family homes and or townhomes.
