Nayda E. Reyes was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Bronx, New York.

Nayda is a proud mother of two wonderful children. Her daughter, Krysalee Reyes, graduated from Liberty University in Virginia with a double major in Communications & Public Relations. She is now the proud owner of KRYSALEESWIMWEAR.com. Her son, Michael Reyes,  graduated from the University of Florida as a Sustainable Environment Engineer.

In 1996, Nayda moved to the state of Florida to explore a business venture in the cigar industry. She successfully founded three cigar shops located in the heart of Miami.

In 2004, Nayda E Reyes decided to begin a new career in Real Estate. She is a licensed Real Estate Professional with an expertise in Preconstruction, Development & Acquisitions, Residential, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Property Management, Investments, First time home buyers, Relocation and Listings.

During her career in Real Estate, she has earned many awards such as; The Hustle Award, Top Sales Team, The Special Sponsor Designation Award, Excellence Award, Team Captain Award, Rookie of the year Award and Top Sales in South Florida. She was also recognized by the organization Cambridge Who’s Who. Members of this community are recognized by a high level of Achievements, Honors and Recognitions.

She is the President for the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals VAREP and a Board Member of  South Florida Board of Realtist.

Due to her great success in real estate, Nayda co-founded DalRey Marketing Group (DMG), a real estate marketing and sales corporation. DMG specialized in reaching out to realtors by using high-end technology through various networking channels. In addition to DMG’s success, Nayda founded GETGREIN, the Global Real Estate Investment Network and The Women Connection a networking club for professional women. She has earned the title “The Networking Guru” due to her priceless connections, social media marketing efforts and relationships worldwide.

Ms. Reyes has compiled a number of industry certifications including TRC (Transnational Referral Certification), REO/BPO Certifications, Elite & Executive Luxury Designations, Customer First Designation and RESE Staging Designation, MVHC (Military & Veterans Housing Certification), Credit Smart Certification and is currently working towards her CIPS Designation and CAM License. She is currently working for Cooperative Real Estate Team dba as Reyes Real Estate Group where she empowers and develops other agents to maximize their true potential through Real Estate transactions enhancing their lifestyle and professional lives.
