Jim's previous background includes extensive business experience in insurance, real estate, mortgage banking, and management. Jim is presently one of the owners of Lake Breeze Investments, LLC., that has rental properties in the area. Jim has property that can be rented by the week and also some long term rentals, call for more information. Over the years Jim has been very active in his community. In 1989 he was co-chairman of the Minnesota Governors Fishing Opener on Big Pelican Lake. Jim loves to fish and hunt so be sure to call him prior to stopping by in the fall of the year. He and his wife of 36 years Diane Lahr Fogarty have made many trips out on the lake for Northern and Walleye.
