| Natalia sold our house in West Bloomfield while comparable houses that were put on the market before ours were still on the market when we closed. She got over 95%of our asking price and got the buyer to come up $10,000 on there original offer. She fought for us and turned what started as a difficult buyer into a legitimate offer and got us exactly what we were hoping to get in the beginning. She's smart, reliable and quick to respond to any concerns. She is very personable, easy to talk to and took the time to make sure we understood what was happening every step of the way.
