Brandon Sciuto is the Area Vice President / Managing Broker for both of Carrington's Tampa & Lutz offices.

A loving husband to wife Donna, and proud father to two (2) young sons, Koda and Sauter, the Sciuto family enjoys living where most vacation. 

As a managing broker associate in our Tampa office Brandon's goal is, " REFUELING careers of motivated and driven REALTORS by providing agents with tangible value through his years of experience. Moreover, teaching the proven methods I myself learned combined with Carrington's resources and new world real estate tools. I will be introducing new agents and reintroducing our existing team to the clear advantages we enjoy here at Carrington.  Last but not least, fostering a culture of success and fun whereby ALL agents learn their own unique talents and apply them on a daily basis. A music lover since birth, Brandon is a singer-songwriter that often performs acoustically in and around the local metro areas of Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, and Naples. He has also been a gentleman of the choir in Naples at St. John's Episcopal Church, and recently was seeded in the top 50 contestants for Season 10 of NBC's The Voice.

A native of Baltimore, MD, Mr. Sciuto and his wife purchased their first home in Naples, FL in 2010.  The family of four also enjoys a few weeks a year vacationing at their cabin located in Mrs. Sciuto's native country, Costa Rica.  PURA VIDA!

Licensed as a mortgage broker between 2005-2015, Brandon utilized mortgage knowledge during the initial months of the Great Recession in late 2006 / early 2007.  During which time he built a loss mitigation division for one of SWFL's most prominent law firms.  In January of 2008, he passed the FL real estate exam, and by 2010 he attained a  brokers license.

Over a seven year period between 2008-2015, Brandon A. Sciuto, P.A. helped hundreds of Floridians exit distressed properties with upside down mortgages. His work has helped so many avoid the embarrassment of foreclosure.  Moreover, successfully mitigating short sales prior to the time when most brokers even understood the best practices and proper procedures, his team helped so many avoid potentially damaging deficiency judgments...and most likely bankruptcy. All in all, his team successfully navigated the liquidation process for folks from all walks of life allowing their families to exit their unique situations with dignity.

Mr. Sciuto is lending his knowledge & positive energy to Carrington to continue the culture fostered by Regional VP, Russ Laggan and AVP, Adrain Petrila.
