Hope Fogarty was born and raised and North East PA and left the area at the age of 18 for a tour in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict.  She decided to start a family rather than pursue a life in the military and returned home to Pennsylvania.  She worked nights while attending college and obtained her degree in Accounting and Business Administration.  After working for a local aerospace company in personnel she moved her family to Philadelphia and took a job as a controller for a law firm in the city.  After traveling home to North East PA almost every weekend for seven years she and her family decided to move back home.  For the past 18 years she has co-owned and operated a successful loan servicing and accounting business.  With the exception of a brief stint living in Florida, she has called North East PA her home.
