My goal is to give buyers and sellers a positive experience in real estate. I do this through great communication and negotiation skills, a cheerful attitude and a team approach to the whole process. I have lived in Boulder County for over 17 years and I know it well. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I worked in the customer service business for 25 years, and I am a great listener and quickly understand my clients' needs. I am "technology savvy" which means the latest updates and information are right at my fingertips.

No matter how complicated a transaction may be, my clients know that I work hard for "uneventful and boring" closings! My biggest joy and sense of accomplishment come when I see smiling and happy clients at the closing table.
