I really love to help people buy that first investment property and the small business person buy the property so a "cancelled lease" never happens. My husband and I owned and operated a German car repair shop for 23 years, specializing in VWs, Mercedes and BMWs- so I speak "auto" and excell at selling automotive related properties. Our business made us a living, but the property increased our wealth.

We also have some income property so I am very aware of rental properties and their possibilites.
