We just had our first grand child this June. We has three dogs two westies one scottie. oliver is three he was our first westie. sam is 13 we foung him on a westie rescue site in chicogo. His owner died at 91 when we saw his picture we could not say no and drove 10 hrs one way to pick him up. Got yogi a few months ago from our neighbor who went into a home he is only two and the scottie. I enjoy golf and have worked with our first tee program her in susquahna valley. Active in mens club at st peters church. Also a member of masonic lodge 682. We started our career in a small local firm with less than 10 agents over the years we have moved to several companies and are currently Prudential. Our market here has not felt the burts of the bubble as much as other areas of the country we have had a small corection in our market but i feel most of this was due to the national news and its negative reporting. We are back to a normal market for our area leaning a little towards the buyers. We have earned awards from national companies for prduction ranking in the top one percent of agents in our local board as was as coldwell banker. My wife is the lead agent on our team of 5. I do more back office work than in the past these days just seems to be more paper work then ever running web sites, Taking photos, Sign,lockboxes there is always some little thing to do that takes time out of the day. So my wife Lethea does most of the clint interaction there are two other agent on our team Denny Brandt and Justin wolgemoth. Denny is a full time agent been in the bussiness for 15 years or so time goes so fast it may be more than that now. He started with us when he first got his licence tried ReMax went to a local company and is now back with us we were coldwell banker for 15 yrs and the April switched our afiliation to Prudential. Justin is part time and has worked with us for the past three years.
Certifications
We are mostly residental resale though we have done a lot of new construction in the past we currently do not represent any new home developments at this time though some are in the works. A large part of our bussiness is client referal we get a lot of past clients that return to us when the want to move up or scale back. We Belong to Lancaster And Dauphin Counties mls systems so we can cover 5 counties
