• Work with buyers and sellers to insure that all disclosures are completed and in compliance with state and federal laws.

• Work with appraisers, home inspectors, termite inspectors, contractors and other vendors to complete transactions under the terms of the contract.

• Attend hearings in Maricopa County Municipal Court for Approvals of Sales in matters of Probate and Divorce where I am appointed by The Court as the Listing Agent.
