It will be my pleasure to work with you in fulfilling your real estate needs. I have been a full time real estate agent since 1987 and I have been a licensed appraiser in the state of CT since 1985. I teach Real Estate Principle and Practices at the local college. I am on the Greater Waterbury Board of Realtors and volunteer for the CT Association of Realtors. I am very active with my community and schools and feel that is my backbone of success for a desirable way of life. I believe education is very important with my future and continue to attend classes and seminars to enhance my business.
I first started my real estate career in appraising real estate for banks and credit unions in 1985. I later entered real estate sales in 1987 in the Hartford area. I was fortunate to be working in an office that was very diverse in every-ones real estate needs. Working for a Broker who offered his own financing, was a developer/builder and had a quality sales office Ispecialized in New Construction working with many other developer/builders and many condominium and new single family homes and subdivisions. Starting real estate in Windsor, Connecticuts first town, we had many Vintage homes where I was able to get educated in the styles and architectural changes from different eras. Windsor offered older, well established neighborhoods, neighborhoods built in the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's and then neighborhoods of Fine Homes. I was able to work with sellers and buyers with all different price ranges. Currently, I am working in the Southbury, CT area and I have been one of the towns top producing agents. Living close to the New York border, I do sell and list properties that are within a commuting distance to New York and the CT border towns to New York.
Working since 1985 as a full time realtor/appraiser I cover a good portion of the state of CT. I live in Southbury, CT and I am very active with the town, schools and the real estate board.
