Since the year 2000......I have been selling real estate in "The Valley of the Sun" and am still loving it. The market has been a roller coaster ride and I've been riding the ups and downs. I started out on the East Side of the metropolitan area and in the year 2006 I loved over to the West Side and have been on the West Side ever since.
When I say Active Adult Communities.....I mean it!!!!
I have worked with both seller's and buyer's since I received my real estate license and it's worked for me. Because I have lived on both the East Side and the West Side of the Valley; I feel that is a huge asset. Since moving to the West Side of the metro area; I have focused on the Active Adult Communities throughout the Valley. Since some adult communities are now allowing buyer's to be 45+ years; it has added a whole new dimension to the communities.
