The Norcross office has been handing REO properties for 6 years and sold 182 REO properties in 2009 and 156 in the current year. Average number of days from listing to close is 49 days. List price to sale value runs at 97.8% for the current year. Arranged cash for keys in 91% of cases. Completed 400-500 BPO’s per month and we are very accurate in our valuations.
