Hi. Welcome to my profile. My name is Willie Stewart and I own Divine Realty in Kennewick, Washington. I have been a Realtor for 24 years, working for such companies as Century 21, Re/MAX and now I own my own independent company. We are a team of 7 Realtors that work mostly on distressed properties: REOs, foreclosures, bankruptcy properties, auctions we are the listing broker for HUD homes throughout much of Eastern Washington. We represent some of the biggest banks in the US. Bank of America; Fannie Mae; GMAC; CHASE and many others. We also sell homes that have real people in them. We call those "Retail sales". I have a seperate Marketing Department that makes sure every listing is exposed to as many internet sites as possible, we do virtual tours on every listing. We belong to the NorthWest MLS system from Seattle. Kennewick, Richland and Pasco are booming with low unemployment numbers and so we market where the buyers are. Yes, we have buyers here in Tri-Cities, but lots of buyers are coming from the other side of the mountains. We market our sellers listings to the entire state of Washington. That's a good deal for the sellers as they get a lot more exposure than most agencies can give them. That's why we have what Sellers are looking for...the buyers!
