I was just 22 at the time. But my business grew quickly, traditional companies no longer accomidated my business profile and I immediately found my comfort zone with RE/MAX. In 1999 I purchased the Palatine RE/MAX franchise. It quickly grew to become the top sales office in the area. In 2002 expanded to include Lake Zurich and again topped at #1.Growth seems to come in 3 year increments - In 2005 purchased 3 more offices in Algonquin, Cary and Crystal Lake. We are quickly working them too to the top. They have been making incredibl;e breakthroughs.Focusing on quality of agents and taking a firm stance with an honest approach to this business has naturally found the most personable, top producing agents wanting to join our team.We like to have fun, but know when and how to get down to business as well. So far the formula is working well...
