The Principle, Mike Rampelberg, retired from marketing in the semiconductor business, moved to Boise and started managing other investor's homes in May, 2006. He has managed his own property for over 30 years. He enjoys the business, especially meeting prospective renters and investors. While most people respond well to trust and friendliness, others require a firm voice and enforcement of policies. The combination has provided 100% compliance to the Rental Agreement, although some renters need a couple 3 Day Pay or Vacate Notices before they understood that GBPM is serious about our investors' money.
