For example, I contact the local Chamber of Commerce for leads moving to Jefferson City, mail Just Listed cards to targeted neighborhoods asking for buyer referrals, place special bulletin board ads on our MLS service asking Realtors to show our listings, place our listings on our RE/MAX hot line notifying all our agents & asking them to show, continually record & email feedback responses to our clients, feature our listings on my RE/MAX website, create separate stand alone websites packed full of information for individual listings, continuously replenish profiles of property in brochure boxes on our for sale signs, & continuously contact our prospects, sphere of influence, & past clients for referrals.
