Kimberly Koehler, broker and owner of EXIT Three Rivers Realty, has been in real estate for nearly a decade.  Kimberly brings to the table the knowledge and understanding that only experience can provide. Her endless energy is fueled by her passion for real estate and the ability to positively change her clients and agents lives forever. Kimberly focuses on providing top drawer training to her agents in order to ensure superior customer service.  She is also an advocate of brokerage to brokerage relations as her philosophy is "team work fuels success".

When Kimberly, is not giving her time to her career you may find her relaxing at her home in Lakeland, playing on several tennis teams, traveling or sharing an animated story with friends and family. Kimberly is very passionate about volunteering her time with organizations that fight cancer, various homeless shelters and volunteer organizations. Kimberly is a graduate of the Real Estate MBA program from the University of St. Thomas.
