Hello - My name is Mike Neisser and I am a life long resident of Cape May County. I started my career in real estate lending at a small Savings and Loan twenty one years ago, and have been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for the past nine years. I currently reside in the Fishing Creek section of Lower Township with my wife Diane, and one very hungry Golden Retriever.
Cape May Co. is a very diverse area with regards to real estate. As such, I have extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines for primary home buyers. When it comes to financing second homes or condos on the barrier islands, which have options such as ARMS, Interest Only, or 80/10/10 also knowns as "piggyback financing". Currently our best alternative is a 30 year fixed jumbo, interest only for the first fifteen years. We do not offer any loans that amortize negatively.
