From sales, marketing, communications, management, writing, speaking, and so many other demands of my past and current professions, I offer my clients the knowledge and ability to take on the most difficult tasks that allow any clients to achieve their objective of buying or selling a home..
My first state license was as a registered nurse. That profession requires a genuine desire to help someone improve their life. It also requires adherence to a Code of Ethics.
The same is true of me as a licensed REALTOR. I work full time helping people improve their life: by providing professional guidance in the process of selling or buying real estate, so that they achieve their goals.
There are too many pitfalls that most people aren't aware of. I keep people informed so that they make the best decision. I reduce the stress to clients that can arise during any real estate process.I protect their privacy and save them money.
I also spent many years in marketing & sales, and was a former teacher. I worked with Fortune 500 decison makers in Conn. and NY before moving to Florida.
There is a broad range of resources and services that I provide to people to ensure a smooth transition before and after the sale.

| My husband and I found Mary after a previous attempt at purchasing a home in the SW Florida area went very badly. We were confused and felt that we were not being represented by the sales person at the model homes. They represent the builder. After that experience, we realized we needed to have someone working for us. From the start, we knew Mary was on our side and looking out for our best interests. She is extremely knowledgeable in new home construction and real estate procedures. She has many contacts that were also a wealth of knowledge from title companies/attorneys to insurance agents. Since we were trying to relocate to the area, she was our "boots on the ground". Unfortunately, we closed on our home a few days before hurricane Irma. We were 1500 miles away and knew no one and needed hurricane shutters hung. Mary found someone for us AND waited at our home for 3 hours for the person to arrive. She goes above and beyond on all aspects of the home purchase and even after the purchase! We are forever grateful for all she has done for us and are so thankful that we found her. |

| I liked Mary even before I knew her. For years she distributed her RE newsletter to residents in Waterways. It was full of information regarding the RE market trends, sales and forecasts. If Mary could market herself in such a manner I imagined she could sell my home quickly. After meeting Mary in person and signing the agreement she moved forward and had photos, videos and a plan ready to go to market in just a few days. If selling a home were easy we would do it ourselves, Mary took control and executed every step of the process as if it were her own home. I told her many times how grateful I was to have her to navigate the sale. She communicated often and informed and advised us on how to move forward. She was spot on and we sold our home in a short time at a fair market price. Not only did Mary become a trusted business partner; she became a friend. |

| Mary was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of selling our home in Golden Gate Estates. We definitely needed some guidance to get this home prepared to sell and listed. Mary provided this for us and was always available for us, which was wonderful as I live in another city and have a hectic schedule (not always easy!). In addition, she was always knowledgeable about what we could expect back for what we put in when we were getting the house ready. | When we went to sell my late sister-in-laws house, we didn't know anyone in the Naples real estate market. I googled the community(Valencia) and noticed a YouTube video, by Mary, explaining the property in detail. I decided that anyone that knew the area that well and would go to the trouble of making this home-made video, must be excellent in what she does. I was right. We met and decided on a strategy, including pricing. After that, she took the ball and ran with it. With us being out of state, Mary really helped us with all of the things that we couldn't do for ourselves. Two things that I think really put the property in good stead were her staging and her description of the house and the grounds. The house would show well, but Mary's staging improved it's appeal. Her copy, on Zillow and other publications, invited you to look further at this property. It got a lot of attention and it showed well. She was easy to work with and understood how buyers think. Little issues, like handling a small inspection item, were handled seamlessly. I have recommended Mary already on a few occasions and one of the neighbors even said that, if they were going to move, they would call her first. They noticed the extra work and the detail. |

In more ways than one, Mary made selling our home, and then buying a new home, a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and was able to get our home under contract in 7 days. We had a 30 day deadline to sell our old home, then buy and move in to a new home, and Mary was able to facilitate that by finding us a lender that could work fast. Not only that but also Mary knew all the right folks in Naples for getting an inspection, elevation certificate, and mold mitigation done fast.
