| Matt began showing us a few houses when we were thinking about a new home, but were not sure. He devoted time to us and began sending us listings. As we got more serious, he was great about getting us in quickly & seeing the new listings as they were available. Once we found Our Home, he helped us negotiate a great deal. Then Matt listed our home and had it marketed quickly to buyers. We had multiple offers and our house was under contract in 3 days. Our homes closed within 2 weeks of one another and Matt helped to make sure it happened. Everything was smooth with Matt and he was always available to us.
