I love working with the first time buyer! The first time buyer needs to be educated and assisted through the whole home buying scenario. This is a crazy market and a lot can go wrong. Everything from time wasted-- to money flushed! DO NOT LET EITHER HAPPEN TO YOU!
I am also very passionate about making sure the Military Family is totally covered in their transfer! They always get the short end of the stick and really need to have a system that makes moving simplified for them. It is such a financial burden to relocate. | Missy is the best realtor that I've ever used. We started in a short sale process, but were able to do a regular sale once the housing market improved. She worked with us for a year and a half, dealing with the bank, assisting with the property, and keeping us informed since we live overseas.
