Mary Ann Isaacson started her career in real estate in 1988 at Century 21 in the San Francisco Bay Area. She was consistently a top producer and always in the top 4 in an office of over 100 highly successful agents.

Mary Ann continued in real estate during the 1990’s before joining an investment group as a Leasing and Marketing Director. Her time there was spent marketing to large and small businesses for a large portfolio of commercial properties from San Francisco to Sausalito.

In the late 1990’s Mary Ann joined Re/Max Associates in Discovery Bay, CA selling residential real estate, eventually becoming the sales trainer for 3 Re/Max offices.

With the downturn in the economy in 2007, Mary Ann focused her attention on buying and selling distressed properties for herself as well as a team of investors.

Mary Ann has personally purchased over 400 properties from courthouse trustee sales. She was instrumental in the buying, remodeling, and sales process and worked on a daily basis with contractors to bring these properties to the marketplace. This work inspired her to write a book, “Penny Over”, about the trustee sales process, fix up, and sales of foreclosure homes.
