I have been lucky enough to have lived in Tucson, Arizona for the past 22 years. It is an awesome place to live like no other city.   I love working with people and helping them realize their dreams of owning a home.

My 2nd job find you a house according your criteria or sell your house as quickly as possible.  My 3rd job is negotiate on your behalf, help you enter into a transaction and keep it as smooth as possible.   My 4th job...CLOSE It.  My 5th job...You are my client for life.

EDUCATE YOU: 

I take the time to explain the process of selling or buying a house.  I cover every detail from  financing/loan approval, nieghborhoods comparisons/ sound investments, inspections, and closing costs.  I work with a client like we are a team.  I keep you updated and informed.

FINDING A HOUSE:

This part is usually pretty exciting and fun.  I take the time to ask YOU questions. I listen to all your needs and  I find out what your idea of a dream house is.  I search the MLS and research the areas that my clients want to live in. Iie for all out of state clients.  Or I can give you a list and you can drive around at your leisure to check out curb appeals. Just taking the time to drive into neighborhoods  actually saves a lot of time.  I am very familiar with the whole city and it's unique neighborhoods.  I know the schools and how much time it's going to take you  to and from work from any given place. 

NEGOTIATE:

This is where I am valuable to my client.   It is a learned art to be able to negotiate. It is where I go to bat for my client.  Ultimately the decisions are the buyers and sellers but I am there to advise, consult, and encourage.  Negotiation is when both parties go away happy with their decision and there are no loosers. But keep in mind I am making sure my client is a winner.  I coordinate with the lender, the title officer and other the other agent making sure everything is coming together and we are heading for a home run.

CLOSE IT:

I have closed every escrow I have ever opened.  My stats speak for themselves.

CLIENT FOR LIFE:

Throughout the process, I have built a relationship with my clients.   Now I will continue to check in on them from time to time, keeping them updated and informed on the current market trends and investment opportunities.

 I have an extensive back ground in art.  I have brought that creativity into my real estate business by thinking outside the box.   That could mean anything from creative lending ideas to design ideas for your new home.  My purpose is to give my clients excellent service and create a lasting friendship.
