Central NH is a great place to play and live! We are in the middle of the Lakes Region and the White Mts. Within minutes you can be at Lake Winnipesaukee, Squam Lake, Newfound Lake, or Cannon, Loon Waterville Valley ski areas, as well as Franconia Notch, Mt Washington, North Conway, and we are only two hours out of Boston! It’s a great place to escape to, and if you’re like a lot of people, eventually you may decide it’s a great place to live. For those of us who already here, “We live where we play!”
I was brought up in the hotel business and worked in restaurants while attending college, graduated ‘Magna Cum Laude’ with a degree in business management, from there I started my own contracting business doing home improvements. I truly enjoy working in service industries and always felt a calling for real estate. At the turn of the century I finally got my license. I’ve found that helping people understand the ins and outs of purchasing a home and obtaining financing is most gratifying, especially when you hand them the keys to their first home, or vacation home that they’ve always dreamed about. “I help make people’s dreams come true!”
I delved right into this industry getting involved in the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS, serving on Grievance Committee, Board of Directors and Professional Standards. It’s an amazing, self governing system which encourages all real estate professionals to ‘cooperate’ and keep the focus on the home buyer as opposed to the commission. Keeping myself out of the equation and taking a proactive approach to the transaction results in a satisfying experience for you, the consumer. I take the time to educate my clients as we go to try and take most of the guess work out for them, after all, you have enough to worry about as you make one of the biggest investments of your life. Anything I can do to take some of the worry away makes the home buying experience a positive one. This has been a key to my success which keeps people coming back to me and sending their friends and family to me as well.
