Mike sits on several boards within the Metropolitan Builders Association including the Sales and Marketing Council and the Construction Arbitration Board.

We work primarily in Milwaukee County, Ozaukee County, Washington County and Waukesha County although we have ventured outside those areas from time to time. Our experience has led both of us down the new construction and land developent paths. Lynn being a partner with her father in a developmet company has been involved in developing and selling about 10 subdivisions. Lynn also spent time working in new construction sales with Lemel Homes. She has been a broker/owner of the menomonee Falls Re/Max office as well as the Falls Realty Executives office. She earned Broker/Owner of the year honors with Re/Max.
I have spent the better part of the past 13 years working with new construstion sales first with Allan Builders and the past 11 years with Joseph Douglas Homes (www.josephdouglashomes.com). With the downturn in the economy we turned to remodeling and existing home sales to keep the doors open. Both have been rewarding ventures.
As of late primary focus has been the existing home, condo and land sales arenas. we work with both buyers and sellers and have been very successful at establishing great relationships.
