- Our Vision: At Midas Real Estate Investing we are focused on buying, fixing-up, and selling real estate in a straightforward and ethical manner that helps all parties involved.
- What we do: We buy properties for cash, in as-is condition, and then either fix them up to sell, fix them to rent, or help someone else buy them to live in or use as an investment.
- Who we are: “Midas REI was started by two friends, Cynthia Austin and Linda Whitaker. Being aerospace engineers who both love design and solving problems, they decided to branch out to an area of common interest: real estate. Over the years, both Cynthia and Linda have bought and renovated or rebuilt homes and doing this as a business was very appealing. With the addition of Ed Austin, Cynthia’s husband, to the team the next logical step was to get some great training and mentoring from the Fortune Builders program and Midas Real Estate Investing was born!”
