We have been representing buyers when purchasing new construction for years and have built solid relationships with many builder reps so we know we can get the best price for our buyers. The builders take care of our buyers before and after the sale, and we protect our buyers at contract so that there are no surprises down the road. We complete the journey with our buyers through the building process and we attend all walk throughs.
