| ...Most importantly, we want to COMMEND and THANK Michele Norris. If it were not for her friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding attention to every possible detail, we would not be proud homeowners in Incline Village...We were in the best of hands...Needless to say, our bid was accepted...Up to and including the day of closing, Michele handled everything that came up, and did it with style...She made sure every problem was rectified...Even after the closing, she continued to watch over us and the house, going way over what we would have expected from an Agent.
