Right now I'm working as a Buyer's Agent for my parents, Ed & Cindy Knight, while I learn the real estate industry.

The areas I'm most familiar with include: VA buyers, First Time Buyers, Investors, Renters and Loss Mitigation, whether it be Hope for Homeowners, Short Sales or Foreclosures.
In addition, I work with buyers pursuing down payment and rehabilitation assistance through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, specifically those programs in Oakland County, Macomb County, Clinton Twp and Sterling Heights.
My greatest committment is to ensure that my buyers do not overextend themselves financially. Selling real estate is as much about educating consumers as it is about generating leads or making sales.
I work as a buyer's agent with my parents Ed & Cindy Knight, Broker/Owners of Realty Executives e-Group. We represent buyers and sellers in Macomb County and eastern Oakland County.
