My name is Sean Greco and I practice Residential and Commercial Real Estate in South Florida, specifically Miami Beach (South Beach, Mid Beach & North Beach neighborhoods), Fisher Island, Surfside, Bal Harbour, and Bay Harbor Islands. Certifications
The nature of my market has led me to work with numerous investors and second/vacation home buyers. Plus, this market has a very high end luxury segment, which I have had the benefit to work in and this has paved many opportunities for my business, giving me the chance to EARN business and network with some very good people throughout the world. The International appeal of my market has contributed greatly to my International customer base. That is not to say that I don't work with other types of customers such as 1st time homebuyers, or sellers in a distressed situation; these situations often times can be the most rewarding as a professional.
That is what is so great about my market, it attracts the uber rich looking for a luxury second or third home, or first time home buyers looking to buy a small piece of South Beach. Numerous investors with long term horizons or those that purchase an eventual retirement home and choose to rent it out until then and have tenants pay for it! Possibly buyers that have gotten in over their head and are in a distressed situation and need help managing the loss. The International appeal speaks for itself, Miami is THE gateway to Central and South America and vice versa. Europe and Canada have also always had a close connection with this tropical paradise. Just think of the Commercial and Residential Opportunities such a dynamic market can present as well.
