| "We were very pleased with Marc Iafrate and his service. He was fantastic! A complete 180 from the previous agent we had in moving to the Raleigh area. We sold and bought using Marc on both ends and were very happy with the outcomes. He had multiple outlets of advertising to get our house sold in just a short amount of time without pressuring us to lower our price or give back too much. As for selling, Marc had a tremendous amount of input on every home that we saw or prepped to see. He was very thorough in weeding out any potential problems with homes we thought might meet our criteria. Even though we saw a lot of homes, it could have been a lot more! He took his time with us at each and every property we saw. Not once did we ever feel like we were being pushed into putting down a contract or pushed out of a home we saw. He was even great with our three small children in letting them open the home locks and doors at each property. One really great side note is that we could tell Marc works for himself and doesn’t have a “team” of people working with him (or against him in some cases we’ve found with other agents). He worked around the clock getting us into our new home. Sometimes calls and contracts would come in late just showing he was focused on helping us after the normal hours.
