Who am I? What a loaded question! Well in essence I am a lifetime Real Estate Professional. I started in 1997 at 18 in the mortgage industry and have never stopped! I have been an underwriter and salesperson on the Mortgage side and have been the President of Never Settle Realty since it's inception in 2002. Today I use my previous experience in the mortgage and banking side of our business to leverage the best possible outcome for my client. Understanding bank practices has proven to be an invaluable skill in todays market but is always needed to completely explain every nuance of a transction to a buyer who is not in our industry.

I do not look at my previous experience as the most important area of my expertise. In fact I believe that my previous experience is lower than many other attributes needed in my industry. To me the most important areas someone in the Real Estate field can have are patience and understanding.

Patience: good-natured tolerance of delay or incompetence. Buying or selling a home will be, for most people, the largest asset they will disposition in their lifetime. The documentation can be difficult to understand and digest and I feel that it is my duty to not only explain the nuances of each transaction and its paperwork but to make sure my client UNDERSTANDS what they are signing.

Understanding: an inclination to support or be loyal to or to agree with an opinion. I take on my clients needs and want at a personal level so that I can truly understand what it is they want. Every person is different, a new family may want to live in the best schools zone, a family trying to be greener may want a home with a lot of public transportation options, etc.
