You could say "Real Estate is in my blood". Since the 1800's, Real Estate has been a family business practiced by my great-grandparents, grandfather, mother, and now me. I learned early the value in investing in real estate, and did my first transaction while I was still in high school in 1969. I first got my license in 1978.
I have seen several cycles now, and the fantastic opportunities available in all stages of the cycle have always kept me busy! I enjoy sharing my experiences and knowledge with buyers and sellers alike. I've represented Developers in million dollar gated communities, and I've sold condos for $89,000. I'd estimate that most of my business has been in Calabasas, West Hills, Hidden Hills, and Bell Canyon. I've also done a lot in Reseda, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Chatsworth, Simi and Sherman Oaks.
