I have worked within varied professional Financial companies since 1994, lastly with CIBC until my decision to pursue new interests. With my focus on client service, I explored my intrigue for real estate and became a licensed real estate agent, joining the Century 21 team full time. As an Broker, I am able to lend my valuable experience on each transaction, focusing on residential and investment real estate areas.
My outside interests include Physical Fitness, Indoor and Outdoor Sports, specifically Golf and Ice Skating, and spending time with my extremely loving toy poodles, "Cocoa" and "Hershey".

| Monique Fountaine handled a very sensitive and complicated short sale transaction for me. The bank was its usual self asking for and requiring items of no relevance to the sale. Monique kept me informed of the day to day issues and was convincing to the lender that many of their request were of no relevance and thus dropped as conditions and requirements. My next short sale will be with Monique and her firm. |
