The reason why buyers and sellers should work with me is this. I am continue to educate myself with the latest ways to provide the best real estate service possible. I also have a background in construction and I think I can provide great insights to my buyers to what they are looking at when buying a home and when I represent my sellers I can offer solutions to making their home more appealing to potential buyers as well. The difference between me and other Realtors is that I have a great team behind me to help my clients make the best decision possible when it comes to buying or selling a home. If my sellers are facing the option to short sale their property I have a team of professionals to best educate them on what the impact may be on them with having to short sale their home . When it comes to representing buyers I well make sure to see them through the muddy waters of buying a short sale listing or REO's and make the process as quick as possible. My knowledge of the surrounding Los Angeles area as well sets me apart as I have lived In Los Angeles area for all of my life and I can offer great insight to many neighborhoods to buyers and I can use this knowledge to best market properties I list as a result of my knowledge of the where we live. In College I studied with great detail the geology, history and natural world we live within in the city of Los Angeles. I am very active in my communities that I serve and work in. So all in all I think that with the knowledge I have about where most people want to live and or relocate to other areas of Los Angeles I can best serve my clients in ways most others can not.
