As a real estate professional licensed since 2001, I have experienced highs and lows beyond my wildest imagination. During my career I have received many awards and titles, such as "2001 Rookie of the Year" but none that I am more proud of than the title of "team leader". It is my joy to be able to proclaim that my most significant contributing achievement to my previous company was the founding of my own team and the lives that were subsequently changed as a result of this decision. In 2005, I formed a team of two licensed assistants, nine (9) buyers' agents, two (2) Accredited Staging Professionals and three (3) property managers.  During my tenure as their fearless "leader", our successes were unparalleled within our parent company. As a result of our tireless efforts, I had two consecutive years with sales exceeding $30 million.  My team has remained intact through the transition from RE/MAX.   

Customer service and an uncompromising commitment to excellence are the hallmarks of my success. I am driven, committed and a high-energy team-builder with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Additionally, I serve on the Grievance Committee with the Prince Georges County Association of Realtors and I am a greeter and trustee at my church.
