Passed NACHI's On line examination Completed NACHI's Code of Ethics Obstacle Course I have taken NACHI's Standards of Practice Test 24 hours of continuing education fulfilled each year. 20 years experience in inspecting hotels for OSHA violations, preventive maintenance, property improvement plans, code violations, and capitol improvements I can read blue prints for new construction and remodeling inspections I have completed 95 hours of classroom instruction.
