| The Chappell Team was everything I could hope for from any real estate professionals. I met Mark Chappell when looking for a two-family property. The goal was to get my family combined onto one property so we could pool our resources and care for my aging mother. We had just started looking but had not hired an agent yet and Mark had one of the few listings we were interested in. When I called he seemed like a “straight shooter” so we decided to look without representation. The family ended up loving the two house property and made the choice to make an offer. The Chappell team made the purchase effortless and was very fair in representing both sides of the transaction….they even helped us find a lender. After we closed on the new house we decided to list our old houses with Mark. Mark and Lori have been great throughout the entire process. We are happy to report that they were able sell both houses quickly even with one house being an occupied rental. Thank you Mark, Lori and the rest of the Chappell Team for helping us achieve our goals. It has been great working with you and it is nice to know we now have friends in the real estate business.
