Noel is the Managing Broker and CEO of McDevitt Town and Country Properties. He also handles recruiting and business development for the company. Noel practiced real estate and corporate law for 15 years in Atlanta, New York and Southern Pines before going into the real estate business full time. Most of Noel’s responsibilities are corporate in nature. However, because of his legal background and experience with land development, Noel works with individuals on the listing and acquisition of large tracts of vacant land, either for use as horse property or as development property.
