I began a real estate career in 1975 after spending many years with a large electronics firm. Sales and sales administration were my strengths then and now. I received my Georgia broker's license in 1978 and have been active in the sales and brokerage of real estate since then. I hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, the E-PRO designation, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, and The Board of Realtors Phoenix Award. I hold a broker's license in Alabama and Georgia.
Most of my career in real estate is closely linked to new homes and much of our market was closely tied to new home construction. I have experience in previouly owned homes as well.
Commercial properties have always held interest to me and I am experienced in office leasing. I have experience in sales of small to medium commercial size properties both improved and vacant land.
