My name is Mark Baker and I have been in lending for over 8 years. Over 80% of my business is from referrals of satisfied customers. My philosophy is to educate my clients and offer great rates in the process. I am experienced with first time homebuying, refinance, sub-prime lending and some commercial lending. I am willing to meet face to face with my clients, answer all questions and I sit next to them at the settlement table.
