I moved to San Diego when I was three years old and live in the house my family has been in since it was new in 1965. I am very familiar with the area and look forward to helping you find the perfect home.
I specialize in working with first time buyers. I understand their concerns and fears. My geographic areas of specialty are San Carlos, Allied Gardens, La Mesa, El Cajon, Fletcher Hills and Mt. Helix. These are fantastic areas for families. They are close to SDSU, with many recreational opportunities including Lake Murray, Mission Trails Regional Park with Cowles Mountain.
These are nice suburbs with homes built in the 1950's and later, with prices starting in the $300,000's currently. They have good freeway access as they are near I-8, I-15, I-805 and State Route 125/52.
