I have been licensed as a real estate agent in Texas since 1999. I got my broker's license in March of 2008. I am the Broker/Owner of MLA Realty. I enjoy trainning and mentoring new agents. I speak spanish fluently and enjoy working with the Hispanic community.
I enjoy working with first time homebuyers. I am a loss mitigation consultant and I have extensive experience in coordinating short sales for homeowners facing possible foreclosure of their home.
AS REO TEAM LEADER - I currently lead a five member highly skilled REO team. We can handle your entire residential asset management process from initial delinquency through listing, property preservation, sale and closing. We provide complete REO/BPO and Loss Mitigation Asset Management service including:
•· Accurate BPO Reporting with digital color photos and 48 hours turn around.
•· Same day occupancy check, negotiates cash for keys, or coordinates reporting of occupancy and commencement of Lender's eviction process.
•· Initiate property preservation including trash out, re-keying, estimate of repairs and emergency repairs to secure the property as needed. Coordinate all repair trade request, arrange utility, lawn, pool and related services including winterization.
•· Proactive Loss Mitigation for your pre-foreclosure assets. We will promptly contact the owner and immediately commence the listing process including determining the highest possible market price achievable based on current market conditions. We will obtain all documentations required to permit direct communication with the Lender, and the implementation of a Listing Servicing Plan that will ensure the highest degree of communication and action to quickly sell your property.
