Hi, I’m Matty Green, Your Realty Queen, and I am your local Palm Harbor real estate expert.

What qualifies me to make such a statement?
I have lived in the Palm Harbor area since my parents moved us here in 1974. Both my parents were REALTORS. Mom was in residential sales, and Dad was the VP of Land Development for a nation builder in the area. I have learned about the residential housing market from the ground up... literally!


I have over 20+ years of banking experience, including loan sales, mortgage underwriting, and the development of a multi-state program for mortgage loan problem resolution. This gives me the skills and knowledge of what happens on the back side of a real estate transaction. There are very few realtors out there that have this type of training! As we all know, most of the time getting a transaction to the closing table depends on what happens with the lenders. I get my transactions closed.

I have a “make it happen” attitude, strong work ethic, and I give ALL my customers “concierge” level services…. Not just the high dollar ones. Although I am a single agent, I have the power of the Number One Real Estate Brokerage in Pinellas County standing behind me. I am confident that I can exceed your expectations when it comes to trusting me with the sale or purchase of your most valuable asset… your home.

My specialties within residential real estate sales include sellers, luxury buyers and sellers, first time home buyers, military buyers, and oddly enough... former real estate agents. 

I hold a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation which less than 10% of all realtors nationwide have completed.

I am also specially trained in negotiations and hold the Cetrified Negotiation Expert and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE and MCNE) designations.

I also hold the Sellers Resource Specialtist (SRS) designation, and I am a qualified candidate for the Pricing Strategy Advisor  (PSA) designation. Both of which provide me with additional training to help sellers. My current sales to price ratio is above the average for my area.

I am a qualified candidate for the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation which provided advanced training in buyer needs.

I also hold the Cerified Distressed Property Expert and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource designations for working with distressed properties. I am proud to say that all the distressed property sales that I have worked on were successfully closed.
